At Flory's Online, we want your home to feel perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture or decor purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and cushions are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
